same here but only since the kubuntus update to kde 4.3.1.
knetworkmanager keeps crashing every 30 to ~60 seconds
so for me this is a high priority bug since the normal user is not able
to use any wireless network (or has to restart knetworkmanager every
minute)

Sorry - I just discovered that the 'plasma-widget-networkmanagement-
dbgsym' package hadn't installed. Once installed, the connection
appears to be more durable, and I have not experienced a drop after 20
minutes of use.
If It drops again, I'll restart the network manager from gdb and try to

Well, that's not working well. the only things that shows up in the
trace are:
"QLayout: Attempting to add Qlayout " " to InterfaceConnectionItem "",
which already has a layout"
-followed by a blank line and
"Program exited normally."
and the cryptic message:
"Object::disconnect: Unexpected n
I'm still having the problems after installing those packages. What
information should I be sending you?
