I think its safe to say that this bug is fixed...
I havent noticed any missing windows. The java window and issue of
doesn't keep tracks of windows , is probably a separate bug.

I dont think so , this java window is listed in the panel's window list.
But not displayed in cairo-dock alone.
Its difficult finding this java window because the uploads take time and

as far as I can see from your debug, this window has the flag "skip taskbar"
on it when it is created. (the line "this window is timid" ^_^ ), and
therefore the dock skips it.
so maybe it remove this flag after, and the dock ignores this change.
that would be quite an awful behavior !

maybe this window just shouldn't be in the list ?
I've fixed the bug concernig the windows of R (i'm not sure if it's you who
pointed that out), and I think everything is working now, but I'll check
this thing anyway.
thanks !

Hmm... i think the java issue is different from the issue i first

But the java issue is consistently reproducible. Using the adrive site ,
just trying to upload any file using the java applet the window is
always not listed in the dock...

I will upload the rc2 soon (this afternoon probably)
I think that Java windows don't repect "rules" but I don't know. Maybe Fab can
fix this bug ;)

ok, thank you !
It will be done shortly, since we're moving from SVN to LaunchPad, so we

did you notice an abnormal use of RAM/CPU from the dock after many hours of

are you running on the SVN ? I've added recently some debug to trace this
specific problem.
I'm wondering if it's not a problem of X ID being used 2 times during the
same session. I believed that this could n

This bug is really tricky!
OK, maybe i have a little bit hint about this.
I think this starts to happen when cairo-dock has been running for several
hours.
I usually keep my system always on nearly 24/7. so that maybe a reason i notice
this bug more.
I caught a screenshot of the bug . [this was
