I believe the Pango library needs to be updated to handle the new combinations (~c + vowels and ~j + vowels) correctly. They have already done the work of implementing the normal 'c' and 'j' combinations, so the work of implementing '~c' and '~j' combinations should be easy. -- Unicode character
