Contains a new API call "ca_context_playing()" which can be used to
find out whether a sound is still playing.

The sound files affected are all mono (in
/usr/share/sounds/ubuntu/stereo/ bell.ogg, dialog-error.ogg etc), the
stereo ones work fine. The mono files are not properly upscaled to more
than one channel.
