Both of those issues sound like problems in gnome-control-center rather
than X.org, so I think we can close this bug and you can report those
two problems directly against g-c-c.

Yes, it fixes the main problem!
But, there are some bugs still...
My VGA Panel is 1280x1024 and my Notebook LCD Panel is 1440x900.
In Display Preferences:
1. I cannot place the Notebook Panel in exactly the right position in relation
to the VGA. This appears to be because the icon size of one
