Hi Nelson,
I just subscribed Jonathan Riddell to the bug report, since he made this
modification.
Also, since liblqr-1-0-dev is now in main, if we can drop this change, we will
be able to sync the 2 packages

Since the SVG coder is on libmagickcore3-extra, do you really need to
keep diverging the package from our (Debian) version and not build-
depending on librsvg?
