Sebastien: I did not file the bug because I was annoyed. I filed it
because I want Ubuntu to be the best OS. If you don`t think the wrong
information provided by the applet for 2 secs to a USER is
unimportant you can close the bug. I agree that it should be a very
low priority bug. Im not going

those few seconds while internet is not available, you might want to
open a bug upstream about the issue too

Yes...it does. But the point is that it shouldn't show weather when the
computer is offline.

Yes.. the bug is reproducable. I'm using ubuntu 9.04. Clock (2.26.0)
Steps to reproduce:
1) Hibernate
2) Come back from Hibernate
3) While waiting for internet connection to get established, the weather applet
already shows the weather status ( this weather was the weather before
hibernating)
