In your terminal type ubuntu-bug -p xserver-xorg-video-intel and it's
done!
I was talking with Sarvatt (https://launchpad.net/~sarvatt) on IRC, he's
member of the Ubuntu-X team and told me that this is a known bug in the
latest kernel release and it will be fixed on 2.6.31-
Wow - such comprehensive log file info on #36 - I will know how to
do it for next time! :)
Just to confirm on my nx7400 HP machine, the 1360x768 resolution also
works fine and is flicker free, and 1440x900 resolution does exhibit
flicker, just as you have described in the duplicate report.
