Presumably the protocol error is fixed so gstreamer could play realmedia
files now... That is, if there was any sort of gstreamer plugin that
played most realmedia content.

It's not fixed upstream. Only the cryptic error is gone, playback of rm
streams still doesn't work... or did I miss something?
