I like the style of softonic (www.softonic.com). On my personal opinion
the structure of information is very good. Near to the appearance of

Apturl is now included by default, making it possible to have url's
pointing to packages in the repositories. So only a webpage would need
to be build with the links. I would imagine something similar to
filehippo.com for Ubuntu.
