Playback is a bit better but gst-launch is still giving smother playback. My gst-launch string is: gst-launch-0.10 playbin uri="file:///home/mute/Desktop/Modesoft1917.avi" My guess is that totem is using some sort of video output sink that is sub-optimal for my setup. -Brendan -- Data flow er
