Where does the ifplugd_0.28-15ubuntu1.dsc come from?
When I look at the current Ubuntu changes
(http://patches.ubuntu.com/i/ifplugd/ifplugd_0.28-14ubuntu1.patch) and compare
it with the current .diff.gz in Debian unstable
(http://ftp.debian.org/debian/pool/main/i/ifplugd/ifplugd_0.28-15.diff.gz
Hmm .. maybe I missed something .. please see the differences as shown
by debdiff in the attachment.

Looking at the current Ubuntu delta and the new Debian package, the changes
aren't included there and from the look of the changes they appear still to be
needed. Hence it looks like a merge to me instead of a sync.
