tentatively acked after dicussion in #ubuntu-desktop meeting. in general
i dont like having two browsers in the main install. It puts extra load
on the security team - which could be avoided if there is no technical
reason for it (which seems to be the case here). However, we need to
support webkit
I've moved this to main to get it in for the next alpha, let me know if
a decision gets made.

It'll complement Konqueror for the moment, essentially for political
reasons. It'll be the primary browser (if upstream implements the
various items we request in the KubuntuKarmicWebbrowser spec). We like
to have a browser which can read slashdot.
