Given the commit from the previous comment, this should be fixed in
Ubuntu 9.10 and I can not reproduce it with that. Can you check if
that's still an issue for you with the latest version? Thanks.

If this crash is happening after you pressed Ctrl+L and the "Open Location"
dialog opens which the backtrace seem to indicate, then it should be fixed by
the commit here:
