attaching 9-page document
1) press f5 to go full screen
2) move down with PgDn
3) after the 7th page, the 1st PgDn does nothing, the second takes you to page
8, and the next says "end of presentation. press esc to exit", so page 9 is
never displayed

It is not necessary to attach a document because it happens in every pdf
document at the second to last and last slide.
