This bug no longer happens. A simple reinstall did not fix it. I
needed to remove-purge both gnash and the flashplugin-nonfree, then
reinstalled the flashplugin-nonfree only. That fixed the problem. I
would prefer to use free software, but in this case the non-free flash
plugin seems to have mu
Does this bug still appear in Ubuntu 9.10 or 10.04?
Have you tried to remove gnash first, and then reinstall flashplugin-nonfree?

Since the last post, I have tried to remove the non free one and give
Gnash a try. I get the same result. Poor Youtube performance, and no
function anywhere else.
4 sites that do not work are
doctorjuiceplus.com (there is a video in the middle of the front page
that you can click on) It just
What does the following command give you:
apt-cache policy flashplugin-nonfree flashplugin-installer
Just use it the way i posted it and give me the output. you will see to secions
show up one for -installer and one for -nonfree i need both.
