Verified this bug in official OOo 3.1 but it appears to be fixed in
dev300 m49 (OOo 3.2).

It seems that a workaround is to do the following:
- hit F5 (which brings up a new window)
- select the table
- right click
- table -> edit (that brings up the table edit dialog)
- set left spacing to 0 (which was modified to 23cm, this is why the table did
not show)
This happens with every file
Can you please attach an example document exhibiting this problem?
