DX7400 All-in-one Printer/Scanner is supported.

here for a developer to know what to look at to enable this.

I don't have the scanner to hand at the minute will test this over the
week, but either way it still needs editing into sane config files if
its something as silly as 1 line, it should be easy enough to code it
in.

Just add the following line to the /etc/sane.d/epson.conf file at the bottom:

Same bug here, printing driver detects it fine so IMHO it's sane's
problem.
