I am unable to reproduce the problem. I have tried it on 8.10 and 9.10.
I must not be doing something right. You mention in the original posting
that you were "copying Elive files". I know there's an Elive distro --
is that what you're referring to? Otherwise, what are Elive files? Can

It is reproducable. I am mounting with Archive Mounter. To recreate
mount an iso on archive mounter and try to copy all files and folders
from it to elsewhere.
