I just found out one way to get the wobbly windows effect on Audacious.
If you use the move window key so you can click and drag a window, it
will wobble. By default, the window move key is set to Alt.

I think this is by design. Because you don't see the initial window
decorations, it works around it. This causes all window manager options
to be ignored, including wobbly windows. Same goes for snapping windows
to other windows. Open a terminal for example, and it won't snap to
audacious windows e
