comment or a duplicate in this bug report and It is possible that the
bug has been fixed. May you please try to reproduce it with the latest
Stable Release of Ubuntu the Natty Narwhal and add the respective

ntop appears to be working just fine, recording data as both sent and
received. I am unclear which applet you are referring to in your second
question. The network card I am using is that which is onboard the ASUS
P5GC-MX/1333 motherboard, which I believe to be an Attansic/Atheros L2 NIC.
