I have this issue with an HP deskjet 5652 printer. It's discovered
twice.
$ lpinfo -v
network socket
network beh

If you succeed to get a second entry, please provide the output of
"lpinfo -v", "lpstat -v", and the entire /var/log/syslog file. Do not
compress the file when attaching it.

Alternatively to apport-collect please add the information as described under
the "Printer detection" section of
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingPrintingProblems, run the $ lpinfo -v command
a few times to see if your printer is detected persistently.
