This is incorrect behavior. Here's why: If you enter the command
sudo wondershaper eth0 clear
It will say "Queues Cleared." They are not. The packet shaping is
still in effect for eth0. This is not correct information. It would be
one thing if it gave an error message if this were entered.
I don't think this is a bug, since the documentation (manual page and
/usr/share/doc/wondershaper/README.Debian.gz) clearly give the proper
syntax.

I can confirm this Issue. The Problem is that Wondershaper has a _real_
primtiv Command Line Args Parser :-(
It Simply check the number of Arguments, but it dont check what these
Arguments. It simply passes them to tc.
Wondershaper does excatly this:
