jqiang - your issue is a separate issue related to database corruption.
There's already a workaround for that in jaunty-updates.

I have the same problem with my ubuntu 9.04, it comes after using the
system for a while (about an hour), when it happen the system become
unusable. I'll attach the file when that happens again.
