Yes, notification applet is installed and added to panel.
There was no bluetooth-applet running.
After "bluetooth-applet" the icon finally show up.
So the problem is very simple (and I'm shame that I haven't find out):
bluetooth-applet isn't starting on login, which cound be confusing.

Hello,
do you have the notification applet installed on your panel, this is mandatory
to see it.
if yes, could you do the following command in a terminal :
"killall bluetooth-applet" (to kill the existing applet)
"bluetooth-applet"
and tell me if after the second command a error message is issued
