Apport is also disabled after RC so it won't detect and report crashes
automatically.

I am unsure why you consider the error on bug 366176 a crash: the
programme terminated correctly on an error -- it did not crash.
A crash is an incorrect termination of a programme (usually producing a
coredump). Your issue has evol
