If it doesn't have a physical external killswitch try to toggle it using
the sysfs interface:
/sys/class/rfkill/rfkill0/state
I think you have to be root and then:
echo 1 > /sys/class/rfkill/rfkill0/state

Looking at your dmesg output it seems your killswitch is enabled:
