Trying to install libcv1-dev. ( karmic 9.10 )

Same problem here. Intrepid 8.04.
Problem affects compilation of the frei0r video effects plugins used by many
Linux video editors (e.g Open Movie Editor).

I have the same problem in either Intrepid or Jaunty. The package libcv-
dev depends on libhighgui-dev that depends on libavcodec-dev. The later
depends on libavcodec52 that conflicts with libavcodec-unstripped-52.

ubuntu-restricted-extras or kubuntu-restricted-extras installed.
