I've added David Sugar's packaged version of the newer Twinkle and have
tested it. I find the sound to be very good on Ubuntu Jaunty-beta
upgraded to Release Candidate.
The sound integrates well within the Ubuntu environment.
I recommend his packages for inclusion in the release if he himself is
