Yes, but the sync window shouldn't be a window at all, it should be a
notification, ergo this "bug" should not exist.
Why are we insisting on changing everything up? How is this any better
than the pointless changes we don't like in _other_ operating systems?

Actually, I found the same problem in the "Restart required" dialog. The
window is hidden behind the other windows, and the user could be stay
hours without restarting the computer. I don't know if I need to open
another bugreport for this.
