This used to work in Ubuntu 8.10
If someone knows what to compare, it should be possible quite easily to find
the bug

I can confirm this is still a problem in ubuntu 11.04, basically resume
doesn't work, the computer is dead after resume although the leds are on
and the fan too, but the caps lock key doesn't work, so it's dead.
