Unhappily this bug is still evident in Konsole (only) and unfortunately
not all the time.
1. Enable desktop effects
2. Open Konsole
3. Resize the window from the bottom right (for instance)
Quite often the window resize stalls, the cursor stays in the resize mode and
nothing on the desktop is ac
It seems that it has been fixed with the last KDE RC2 update

It happens also to me. I have the Kwin Desktop Effects also enabled in Kubuntu
Jaunty with KDE 4.3 RC2.
Also in my case this bug is removed when I disable the Desktop Effects.

Sorry, this has started happening again in Jaunty. Window resize actions
