You can use 'ubuntu-bug -p' on any release since Hardy. You could use
just 'ubuntu-bug' on Jaunty. The instructions should apply to multiple
releases so say 'ubuntu-bug -p'.

Thanks for reporting this bug it allowed us to catch a regression /
design change in apport (bug 356755) which as now been fixed. The
ubuntu-bug utility used to accept the '-p' switch but that was recently
removed and the bug filing instructions for xorg were not updated to
reflect that. To resol
