If you wish to chain privoxy with Tor you'll want to ship a
configuration file (/etc/polipo/config) with privoxy like so:
allowedClients = 127.0.0.1
allowedPorts = 1-65535
cacheIsShared = false
censoredHeaders = from,accept-language,x-pad,link
censorReferer = maybe
chunkHighMark = 67108864
disable
