In karmic (9.10 Beta) we have disabled this option by default so the
problem should be fixed.

I found a solution browsing the net :
In compizconfig-settings-manager (ccsm)
"General > General Option > doo not redirect fullscreen windows"<=
uncheck it.
Shouldn't it be the default ?

I changed the package from "flashplugin" to "compiz" as the bug doesn't
occur when I use metacity.
