1. Happens each and every time, given you are testing on a Ubuntu Server distro.
2. Steps:
$ wget http://pritisni.ctrl-alt-del.si/slikce/broken%20353975.svg
$ rsvg broken\ 353975.svg test.png
open test.png
on server distros it is blank (wrong)
on workstations it contains Google logo (corr

Also confirmed same problem on: Ubuntu Server 7.10 x86 and Ubuntu Server
7.10 AMD64.
In Firefox, etc, the SVG renders properly.
