It was mentioned in other reports that evolution display update can be
disturbed by "desktop crawlers", at least by tracker, in my experience also by
google-desktop.

so i cannot deliver a reproduceable error right now.

evolution-exchange persistently shows an old content of the trash folder
(in german: "Gelöschte Objekte"). Deleting messages works in evolution,
but change is not reflected in view. I controlled with the web interface
of exchange server.

This is using an Exchange remote server. Also, note that this bug is
NOT new since upgrading to the Jaunty Beta. This was occurring for
several months on Intrepid, too.
