In fact (as I just reinstalled) it works fine with dhcp, and it's only when I configure "static ip" with the associated dns that it fails (while I'm correctly connected, I can ping another computer on the LAN) until reboot. -- DNS don't work until reboot the first time https://bugs.launchpad.net/
