Binary package hint: apport
some times when the prior attemp to upload a crash fails, the recommend way is
to double click on the .crash on /var/crash
this will start apport, upload it to LP and *should* open a LP page to add
details.
But recently this was began to fail.... i get no page opened after upload.
running from cli work.
