Vincent, It is in active dev now. Currently, in 8.10, its Claw Mail 3.5,
the latest is 3.71.

Hmm, I've been looking a bit through the emails then, problems
apparently were stability (which you say is good now), the package
wasn't maintained (seems to be done), it had to be promoted to main (no
longer the case as Xubuntu itself is in universe), and you couldn't let
it import Thunderbird mai
I believe this has been discussed extensively in the past, off the top
of my head some of the arguments against were that there wasn't a
package (which appears to have been fixed) and that it wasn't being
developed (not sure about this, but at least it is in active development
now), so I suppose th
