I got rid of the error messages by removing all akonadi resources and
re-add them again.
The problem with high cpu usage still occurs, but I will report this as
a new bug.

I'll attach a screen shot of system monitor showing a high cpu usage and
load average while akonadiserver is running. As you can see, the cpu
usage and the load average decrease immediately when I stop the
akonadiserver.
