I confirm that I'm having the same problem. It gets rather annoying.
Sometimes I think my mouse isn't working because the second /Screen/ is
actually behind me... So, if I accidentally get the cursor on that
screen... I have attached a copy of my xorg.conf file

I'm having the same residual cursor issue but with 2 monitors.
I accidentally installed the 32 bit version, then re-installed the 64
bit version... and I don't remember seeing that bug on the 32 bit
version.
Anyhow, I'm just leaving a comment hopping that more data can help solve
the problem. I

Confirmed on my triplehead setup running three separate x sessions on
Jaunty 9.04.
I've also had some interesting instances where, if you start an
application on one screen with the cursor active there, then move it off
and wait for the application to request focus again (e.g, after a splash

Exists in latest Jaunty 9.04, I also find that the cursor jumps around
sometimes to the default screen or it occasionally takes a few goes to

Cursor image left behind with multiple X
Confirmed.
There are always three cursors on my triplehead setup. When I move from
one screen to another the cursor of the previous screen doesn't
disappear, but just stops at the edge of the monitor. I took a picture
of the problem.
