I fixed this upstream between 2.25.92 and 2.26.0. Gnome-games no longer
needs numpy in 2.26.0

I started gnome-sudoku from xfce4, open an easy and try to add a tracker, Bug

run gnome-sudoku, click on easy, click on the feet icons in the toolbar,
click on the add tracker button

I just did the system updates and it is now working so it seems to be
resolved as it is now using gnome-games version 1:2.24.1.1.-0ubuntu1. I
suspect this is a temporary fix until things get cleaned up with the
newer version. Thanks for your efforts at tracking this down patching it

the gnome-games version in jaunty doesn't import numpy, could you try
look at what does the import?
