This does not affect firefox, rather it affects all of Gnome. I'm
killing this bug and resubmitting it later under the proper category.

This seems to be a video driver issue, and not a firefox issue, as all
my applications are suffering from the same symptoms. Also, my refresh
rate is slow and I have many artifacts.
I will suspend this bug until I can find the proper category to put it
into.
