@Paul Dufresne - I wasn't aware that uploading a file meant that it
would be flagged as a patch - there is a checkbox that seems to have
that function, and I assumed the flag would only "exist" if that
checkbox was checked (which it wasn't).

I also removed the patch flag on the screenshot... the screenshot is not
a patch.
Confirming the bug as there is enough information to fix the problem
(the suggested attached patch works fine for me).

OK, but shouldn't the broken HumanCircle theme be fixed as long as it
isn't updated to the new design or is dropped? Will the theme be removed
on upgrades if it's dropped? It wouldn't load without ubuntu.png.
