Only the Bug Control team can change importance. Normally, bugsquad and others
can set the status, then request in #ubuntu-bugs to have the importance changed
to what they need.

Thanks for reporting this request. If you are using Jaunty Jackalope, please
take a look at Applications -> About Xfce -> Info tab. You should see:
Xfce 4 Desktop Environment
version 4.5.99.1 (Xfce 4.6 RC1)
Which means we already have Xfce 4.6 RC1 in Jaunty.
