When I enter my username and password the page comes up blank, when
trying to access my bank information. Error message states that this
website requires that enable pop up blocker(s) when I enable the page
still comes up blank. I have never had this problem before.

After two months, the issue was solved misteriously. I can access since
yesterday.
I guess I'll never know the reason...

I have the same problem without ubufox...
I've tried to make a traceroute to webmail-estudiante.uam.es and this is
what I get:
