Confirm on my fresh ubuntu install.
[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~$ ls /usr/lib/libCEGUI*.so

/usr/lib/libCEGUIFalagardBase.so /usr/lib/libCEGUITaharezLook.so

Confirmed.
There's not "/usr/lib/libCEGUIOpenGLRenderer*.so"
Searched in all system. The library is missing in the package.
Please fix as soon as possible. A lot of graphical applications need
this library.

Same problem here (using libcegui-mk2-dev). Problem can be seen like
this:
$ pkg-config --libs CEGUI-OPENGL
-lCEGUIBase -lCEGUIOpenGLRenderer
$ dpkg --listfiles libcegui-mk2-dev \
|grep CEGUIOpenGLRenderer
$ dpkg --listfiles libcegui-mk2-0c2a \
| grep CEGUIOpenGLRenderer
