Sorry, but I don't know. I'm not an advanced (neither basic...) linux user.
It's just I had a problem and clicked Yes to the option "Report the bug"
But the problem doesn't occur again for the moment.
I'm just running my first days with Ubuntu. Thank you and sorry again.
