This is just a feature request.
Is there any chance of packaging a kernel for 8.10 with PREEMPT=y and
the interrupt timer set to 1000HZ as the RT kernel is very broken for
8.10? I've built a kernel with these options from the Ubuntu sources and
it has greatly increased performance with jack for audio work and
doesn't seem to have any of the downfalls associated with the current
(broken) RT kernel.
